Gjykata e LartĂ« konstaton shkeljen e afatit tĂ« arsyeshĂ«m tĂ« njĂ« procesi tĂ« zgjatur padrejtĂ«sisht prej vitesh! ⚖ Gjykata e LartĂ« ka pranuar kĂ«rkesĂ«n e shtetasve G.J. dhe F.J. pĂ«rfaqĂ«suar nga avokatĂ«t e QendrĂ«s “Centre for Legal Empowerment”, duke konstatuar shkeljen e afatit tĂ« arsyeshĂ«m nga Gjykata Administrative e Apelit TiranĂ«. 📌 KĂ«rkuesit iniciuan çështjen gjyqĂ«sore nĂ« vitin 2016 pranĂ« GjykatĂ«s Administrative tĂ« ShkallĂ«s sĂ« ParĂ« duke kĂ«rkuar shpĂ«rblim pĂ«r dĂ«min pasuror dhe jopasuror tĂ« shkaktuar nga prishja e paligjshme e banesĂ«s sĂ« tyre. Gjykata vendosi pranimin e pjesshĂ«m tĂ« padisĂ« dhe detyrimin pĂ«r ti shpĂ«rblyer dĂ«min pasuror nĂ« vlerĂ«n 3 485 000 lekĂ« dhe dĂ«min moral nĂ« vlerĂ«n 300.000 lekĂ« pĂ«r dĂ«min e shkaktuar.
